Dan Pearson started his custom home construction business in St. Charles,
Minnesota in 1988. Dan has
31 years experience in the home construction industry from carpentry laborer to
general contractor to developer and now realtor. His first development
project was properly named
"Pearson Subdivision." He has also developed the Parkwood
Subdivision, the Northern Hills Subdivisions and the Whitewater Industrial Park
Second Subdivision. The Whitewater Industrial Park Second Subdivision has
moved Dan into the commercial industry.
Pearson Builders, Inc. employs
7 full-time employees. Two of the full-time
employees
have been with Dan over 15 years and two more employees are soon to be at the
10 year mark. All in all the experience that
you will find at Pearson Builders, Inc. is above and beyond most construction
companies.
