Dan Pearson started his custom home construction business in St. Charles, Minnesota in 1988. Dan has 32 years experience in the home construction industry. He started out working for local home builders as a teenager. Once he graduated from high school he went to vocational school and received his Carpentry Diploma. When he started Pearson Builders, Inc. he was a general contractor which led him to become a developer. The developer in him then led him to become a licensed realtor within the state of Minnesota. Dan's first development project was properly named "Pearson Subdivision." He has also developed the Parkwood Subdivision, the Northern Hills Subdivisions and the Whitewater Industrial Park Second Subdivision. The Whitewater Industrial Park Second Subdivision has moved Dan into the commercial industry.
Pearson Builders, Inc. employs 7 full-time employees. Two employees have been with Dan over 15 years. Another employee has been with Dan over 10 years and one employee will soon mark his 10 year anniversary. All in all the experience that you will find at Pearson Builders, Inc. is above and beyond most construction companies.
In November 30, 2009 Pearson Builders, Inc. was accepted into the Department of Veterans Affairs Home Loan Guaranty Program. Therefore we are a qualified builder for Veterans who are going to build a home with a V.A. loan.
